“The building is unsuitable for families, it's a scam. We rented and it turned out the building is full of hotel staff and workers from all nationalities—not safe for children. They don't care about the building's cleanliness and the windows haven't been cleaned from the outside for 8 months. On top of that, security guards are incompetent and treat our guests as if they were workers. The apartments are definitely divided/shared units and the lifts are always broken and in use 24/7 because workers use them constantly. Reception is always full of workers waiting for the work bus. It's a scam and fraud targeting families.”

“Very Unprofessional Security Staff, Needs to learn to communicate with customers and visitors. Playing loud African music and talking on phone all the time Not professional at all. Dismissive Behaviour.”
