The building management was top notch. And a special thanks to Salman for always being here when I needed him. Sadly, my time in Dubai has come to an end.”

“I was honestly hesitant at first because of some of the negative reviews about the condition of the building, but I decided to take a chance — and I’m glad I did. Upon arriving, it’s really not half bad! It looks like they’ve already started addressing the previous concerns. Management mentioned they’ve replaced the maintenance team with a new one and are committed to improving things further. Looking forward to seeing more positive changes!”

“Hi My name is Kanchha my experienced in this building is awesome management also very good there is no incharge was there Mr. Salman is very kind hearted person and very helpful me regarding my contract and maintenance and very good facilities in every sectors and I recommended for all.”

“I lived in 2 bedrooms apartment for two years, and unfortunately, the experience was disappointing overall. The building is poorly managed, with frequent loud noises and paper-thin walls that offer no sound insulation. The swimming pool is often closed without any prior notice. Management is unresponsive and unhelpful, offering little to no support to tenants. To make things worse, when I moved out, they withheld almost 90% of my security deposit without any clear justification. It genuinely felt like a scam.”

“I am writing my experienced of this building have very good facilities management and there is Mr.Salman as management and he help me Contract and maintenance service and have vacant appartment in this building so I recommended for this building.”
