“I visited this property with the intention of investing, so I insisted on checking it at night to evaluate the soundproofing, especially after reading similar concerns in previous reviews. Unfortunately, those issues were very real.
I could clearly hear conversations from the neighboring apartment, furniture being moved upstairs, and loud voices in the corridor. When people passed by speaking loudly late that night, I opened the door to check, and they reacted by continuing speaking even louder and slamming their door. This was during my first visit, and I don’t even know these neighbors.
The agent tried to justify the situation and suggested I return in the morning, which I did, but that raised additional concerns. The parking area is poorly maintained. Exposed pipes run above the parked cars, and water sometimes drips down, including rust-colored water, which could damage vehicles over time.
2nd floor parking are heavily exposed to the sun, and the shade provided does not fully protect your vehicle against heat, sun, or sand coming from the sides.
Overall, the high price is not justified for a property located far from the city with such a lack of privacy and quiet. The apartments feel poorly insulated, almost like partitioned spaces where noise travels easily. If you have inconsiderate neighbors, sleeping peacefully would be very difficult.
I also spoke with some current tenants during my morning visit who mentioned that security is unhelpful, complaints are often met with “we will check,” but no real action is taken.
For these reasons, I do not recommend this property. A home should provide comfort, privacy, and peace, and without those basics, it is not worth investing here.”

“Living here has been extremely disappointing due to constant noise and complete lack of management control.
Almost every night between 12:00–1:00 AM, neighbors are loudly talking in the corridors, screaming, slamming doors, and making excessive noise. On top of that, the upstairs neighbors regularly move furniture like tables and chairs late at night, making it impossible to sleep. This has been happening for months, every single night.
There is NO SOUNDPROOFING at all, which makes the situation even worse. Despite countless complaints to security and management, nothing has changed. Every time security is called, they say “we will check” or “we will report it,” and every morning management says “we will look into it.” No action is ever taken, and the problem continues.
Since this is a private property, you can’t even report issues to the municipality, so you are completely stuck dealing with ineffective security and management who do not do their job.
What makes it more frustrating is that this place is far away, in the desert, yet you pay the same amount you would pay in much better & more central locations without getting peace, comfort, or basic living standards.
I do not recommend this place to anyone who values peace, or proper management & have to wake up early mornings to their work.”

“Sad as l living viridis seems is not being part of damac hills community.
Virdis resident are not allowed to use the fitness center
Made me feel lm from a poor area exclude from the community.
I need to drive 45minutes to fit republik another 45min comeback made me waste 3/hours of my day when l have a fitness center 5min away.
Gym in the building is small and 3 machines is not good to workout for men.
No legs press or squats ranks !
Its very dissapointed!
The manager from virdis is arrogant and never try to help you.”

“Poor handling of customers requests and making formalities and procedures so complicated so owners can only go through Damac rental services to rent their own units!! Why would an owner be available with a tenant to access his unit!!!”
