“Unfortunately, I have struggled with flooding inside the apartment, outside the apartment, A/C leaks, and a rat problems! I do not recommend this building as a suitable place for renting”

“Good building. My friend has been living here for 2 years. Very satisfied. Likes everything. Only lacking greenery. But the beach is close by.”
