“Everything that they write is true, we are waiting for the pool to be opened but they do not say anything, we have been living for 4 months with dirty windows, we made a request several times, but did not receive an answer. When the gym and the swimming pool are opened, this is also a big question. Soon, the city will not be visible from behind the dirty windows”

“Seriously bad management and extremely bad customer service. Customer service agents easily can shout at you and hang up the phone without listening to you. Management ignores you and your requests and impossible to reach. DO NOT rent here by all means. Your life will be miserable.”

“Only gym in the world with “no gym equipment” only false promises and nothing else. Only gym which opens @ 9 am so residence can’t use this facility in the morning. What a waste of money for any tenants”

“I can't explain how horrible the quality of maintenance and customer service. They don't even know the basics of it. they rent these apartments based on the location but then it comes as a surprise how everything inside is of low quality & the management is not willing to cooperate AT ALL. They leave you to get lucky in solving your problems with the quality. Also the security is rarely present at the entrance, you have to look for them where exactly in the complex. Besides the dirty windows that never gets cleaned apparently”

“I want to put negative stars. Renting in block A and OMG, my AC smells like fish or super strong sewage every time i turn on the Acs. I checked with one of my neighbours and was surprised to know that the whole floor has the same disgusting problem! I doubt there was any consultant working on this project!”

“A complete rip off... wish i can give this zero star. Charge rent for luxurious property and not even basic facilities. No gym and no one knows when will it open. Only 1 access card given, 2nd access card charged @ AED 440 non refundable. And it will comes as a surprise when you sign the contract.”

“Rent for premier property In returns no facilities at all No GYM NO swimming pool working for months, we signed the contract and pay high rent to get these facilities. I agree with all the complains here. Very bad management and customer services. They want to charge for everything.”
