“To whom that may concern:
For years of living in the UAE, I have always admired this country for its safety, professionalism, and the respect people show one another regardless of nationality or background. Never in all my time here had I experienced such shocking, aggressive, and discriminatory behavior — until I stayed in this building a few months ago.
One of the security personnel, who claimed to be the supervisor and identified himself as Arjun Singh, approached me in an extremely hostile and confrontational manner in the lobby. Instead of speaking professionally, he shouted at me publicly, aggressively questioned which room I was staying in, and demanded my Emirates ID as though I we…”

“Very Disappointed with the Parking Situation and Customer Service
We have been residents of Wasl R441 for several years, and I have been repeatedly inquiring about the possibility of obtaining an additional parking space. Due to a medical condition, my orthopedic surgeon has specifically recommended that I park as close as possible to the building entrance to avoid excessive walking. I provided Wasl with a medical report from Dubai Health Authority supporting my request.
Unfortunately, the response I received was limited to an electronic reply through the app. I specifically requested to speak with a manager to discuss my situation, but I didn’t received a phone call or any personal follow-up.
I also explained that I am willing to wait until a parking space becomes available and simply asked to be placed on a waiting list. Unfortunately, even this request was not approved.
As a long-term resident, I am very disappointed with the lack of flexibility and personal assistance in handling a genuine medical need. I hope Wasl will reconsider its approach and provide residents with a more reasonable process for addressing accessibility needs, especially when supported by medical documentation.”

Instead of speaking professionally, he shouted at me publicly, aggressively questioned which room I was staying in, and demanded my Emirates ID as though I were some kind of criminal or threat. His tone and behavior were completely unacceptable, intimidating, and humiliating.
What made the situation even worse was the blatant selective treatment I witnessed. While several Europeans were freely entering and leaving the building without being questioned at all, I was singled out and aggressively interrogated. As someone of Southeast Asian descent, I genuinely felt targeted and discriminated against. It appeared that he believed he could bully and intimidate me simply because of where I come from. He even went as far as making threatening remarks, saying that we were “lucky” to be in Dubai because otherwise “it would be a different story,” which sounded incredibly inappropriate and disturbing coming from someone responsible for security and guest safety.
This is clearly not an isolated incident. I have since heard similar complaints from others who have also felt harassed and mistreated by this individual. No resident or guest should ever be subjected to this kind of behavior. Security staff are expected to ensure safety and comfort — not create fear, hostility, and discrimination. Management seriously needs to address this issue before more people are subjected to the same unacceptable treatment.”

“We’ve been dealing with constant harassment from the building’s security guards for over two months now. They’ve blocked us from entering multiple times, even stopped our furniture deliveries without any valid reason. They keep suggesting we’re doing something wrong, yet they refuse to even check our unit to confirm whatever they’re assuming.
What’s worse is that nothing in the management’s system reflects any issue with us, no violation, no notice, no communication. Customer support keeps giving us the green light, but the security guards continue acting on their own, and their supervisor won’t even come out to speak with us.
We understand that security has a job to do, but if they’re going to do it, they should do it properly and professionally. This has been extremely stressful and completely unacceptable. I hope management steps in and fixes this immediately!!”

“I have been living in Dubai for the past 18 years, I changed a lot of houses during this time, but I have not seen a company like WASL, they are very good in payment solution (maybe they only company who take CC payment in monthly base, their service is really available typically 24 hours, they listen to the tenant and take serious actions.
I have need her for 3 years, and I think I can consider living any where else except WASL and R441.”

“Hello, good morning.
How have you been?
I trust you are doing fine.
A security guard stationed at the wasl r441 building is on duty at the security desk in the morning. I’m unaware of his name, and he cannot inform me. I was at the front desk with my girlfriend, who was unwell. We were simply sitting there when he approached and requested our apartment number, then yelled at me to go.
He treated me with disrespect. Kindly inform him to understand how to show respect to others and that this isn't Pakistan, India, or any other nation. This is Dubai, and he lacks the power to inquire about someone's identity or the reason they are seated there.”
