“Had to terminate the contract and pay the penalty which was imposed illegitimately. They failed to address the apparent issues which occurred as a result of their negligence to uphold livable standards and the inability and incompetence of their maintenance team led to a severe health and safety threat to my family.”

“If only u can put zero stars We’re living in this building for two years and the nightmare if u need anything no one answers on complains or maintenance..they have an app that doesn’t work or anyone answers before you sending maybe 5 complains Plus the maintenance team have no manners no time to work and drill they can do anything regardless of the tenants!!!! Drilling today from 9 until now it’s 1:00 pm I called several times nothing changed… I don’t recommend living anywhere with wasl management!!!”

“Very bad service and one interested to help.. I paid my land tax and they said I can print out the Ejari with working days.. now 7 working days already and still I can’t print my Ejari.. they said today the pay has reflected after 7 DAYS FROM ONLY CARD TRANSACTION UNBELIEVABLE excuse!!! I’m in the same country and it will take 7 days for the payment to reflect??? Big new facility but very very very poor service.. if there is a 0 star rating I will be the first to do.”

“Very bad service and one interested to help..
