“I had an extremely unpleasant experience with the security guard named Surendra (ID: 296825). His behavior was absolutely pathetic — rude, arrogant, and completely unprofessional. The way he spoke was disrespectful and unacceptable, showing no basic manners or courtesy. It’s shocking that someone with such an attitude is entrusted with public dealing. This kind of behaviour reflects poorly on the management and needs to be taken seriously. I strongly urge the concerned authorities to take immediate action.”
