“Great apartments, moved in a month ago. Family building so no sharing or bachleror apartments (marriage certificate mandatory to get apartment). Building is well build, maintenance and security service are on good level. Still a lot of apartments empty but slowly filling up. Not 5* stars only because of area (al quoz 4) as around the building is still "industrial style neighborhood" with a lot of traffic, people and no green spaces.”

“The building is isolated and located in a very dusty and noisy environment. People from the nearby labour camps often urinate against the building walls, and the unpleasant smell frequently comes inside the building. The security is also very strict. Visitors are not allowed unless they leave their ID at the security counter. The AC maintenance is poor. I had to stay for three days without air conditioning, and the maintenance team did not resolve the issue. Overall, I would not recommend this building, especially for families.”

“Worst place ever to live with family. To many partitions and unprofessional security staff feels like a prison. Also too many drunk people around. We left because so many people drunk and noisy. Specifically 2nd floor . Not recommended at all 👎🏻”

“the kids always playing in the corridor and disturbing the neighbors we cannot rest properly because of the noise coming outside due to the kids playing everyday. i complaints to the security even to the supervisor this things for so many times but still nothings change . we are tired of complaining and still the things never change . the parents letting them child playing in the corridor inside the building . disturing all the tenants/neighbors. Theres a designated proper area for playing the kids not inside the building . or atleast let them child play inside them house . We cannot rest properly everyday because of them .”
