“The parking situation in this community is absolutely terrible. Residents are only given one parking space, and there is no proper provision for guests. To make matters worse, all other sidewalks and areas where visitors could reasonably park have been blocked off, leaving guests with nowhere to go. It’s extremely inconvenient, frustrating, and poorly planned. For a community of this size, the lack of consideration for visitor parking is unacceptable. Definitely a horrible experience for anyone who expects to host family or friends.”

“Unfortunately, failed management and lost rights from Wasl Green Park. I contacted them multiple times regarding noise from a tenant on the first floor, while I am a tenant on the ground floor. They did not deal with it. I notified them a thousand times with no result. I informed the secretary, the direct manager, and the administration. I requested to be moved to the fourth floor if the noise issue is not resolved.”
