“I love this community because the environment here is beautiful and amazing view of mountains from the apartment. What I really like is it's very near to the private yard and also also very close like 4 mins drive to Nesto and all other Shopping malls, Restaurants and grocery stores. This place is very commute to travel in buses like 2 minutes walk from the apartment. Thanks to wasl Port Views Residence.”

“I recently had a disappointing experience with the security team at Wasl Port Views, Building 5. While moving out my old sofa at exactly 6 p.m., I was informed by the guard that their supervisor does not allow furniture deliveries or removals during that time. When I am asking where is the document saying that removal is only until 6 pm, he cannot show and prompt me to call his supervisor or WASL. However, I’ve observed multiple IKEA deliveries being allowed through to my neighbors around the same hour. And to myself!!! This inconsistency is frustrating and gives the impression of unfair treatment. I hope management will address this issue to ensure fair and clear policies for all residents. I have lived in Emaar properties for 4 years and never I encountered such ridiculous issues.”

“A 6-storey residential building with a gym (separate sections for men and women) and a public pool on the roof with swimming pools and restrooms. The building overlooks Dubai's dry dock and Jumeirah Beach Street from the west, with the Port Police Centre on the right and the Emirates Driving Centre on the left. The view from the front side of the building (facing the dry dock) is wonderful but the ship maintenance sounds are annoying. (Al Wasl Real Estate)”
