They hit my door with the ball, make loud noise, and completely ignore the fact that this is a residential building. It feels like living in a hostel, not in a place you are supposed to call home.
What is even more frustrating is the complete failure of management to handle this situation. Multiple neighbors have complained, countless reports have been filed by security, and I have personally contacted the call center many times.
Every single time, I am told that warnings have been issued. However, I later found out that there are no records of any warnings or fines at all. This means the call center is simply giving false information to residents instead of actually solving the problem.
There is zero accountability, zero enforcement of rules, and absolutely no respect for tenants who are paying to live here.
After 3 months of this chaos, I can say that management is completely ineffective and unreliable. I am now looking to terminate my contract because these living conditions are unacceptable.
Do not move here if you expect a basic level of comfort, peace, or honesty from management.”

“Wasl port views apartments are full of humidity, issues with water leakages from ceiling (not ones but 6 times so far), flies from drainage, unhelpful security guards or let’s say better non-existent . We collect with dehumidifier 6 liters of water DAILY! Leaving in Dubai 11 years , I never thought I will write a kind of review. Area though is very convenient if you work in downtown . Kids Playground available and shopping area with Gradiose supermarket. I wish the quality of the buildings were good.
Ohh, not to forget, 2bed apartments doesn’t have AC unit at the Kitchen!”

“we are the first one who moves to build number 9 and we rent 3 bedrooms and 2 bedrooms for 2 years now,
there are a few series problems with this building,
1st: no camera in parking someone scratch my car with their keys while smoking in the parking area I had to pay 4000 DHS to repair it and WASL PROPERTY didn't do anything about it nor was security able to find a person who done it.
2nd: we find 12 rats so far in 2 bedrooms and 3 bedrooms and there are still many moving around at night and making so much noise I put some pictures as proof of word have video of capture just in case WASL property didn't do anything about it, even we contact Dubai municipality they also inform to file a case in Land department,
3rd: false alarm has been killing us 24/7 they didn't put any AC or any sort of root in the kitchen for cooking so little smoke can trigger the alarm sometimes it come 2-3 am some times 6-8 am it will be a nightmare if you have infant child in home imagine.
4th: rent compare to everywhere is 20,000 to 25,000 DHS higher,
we suffer for 2 years living in this building.”
