“The building is quite nice the staff are very friendly and things rarely need any fixing but when they do it gets sorted quite fast. The building manager Mohammed Osama is very helpful and knows his way around managing a building very well.”

“Great people and great management. The building is new, well-maintained, and very cozy. The gym is excellent and clearly reflects a strong investment, with attention paid to detail.
The only drawback is internet and cellular connectivity in the common areas. Internet coverage is not widely available, and mobile network signals do not work well inside the building—especially in the gym. When I’m there, the building Wi-Fi doesn’t work, my home internet doesn’t reach the area, and there is no cell signal, which leaves residents completely disconnected during workouts.
Given the high quality of the gym and the care taken with the rest of the building, it would be great to add reliable internet connectivity in the gym area. This would enhance the resident experience and further encourage people to use the facility more often.”

I recommend this building for anyone looking for a comfortable and well-maintained spacious apartment, right in front of green park space + basketball court.”
