“If you are planning to move into this building, please don’t. Even though the building is fairly new their maintenance is a joke. Furthermore, their gym used to be free but now outsourced and they still don’t reduce the rent after doing so. Almost all the tenants have complaints about this building and the management team refuses to do anything about the poor situation in this building and hides from their responsibilities. Overall, very poor maintenance and management team, my family and I will be moving out of here soon.”

“A very beautiful building with all facilities - gym, pool, bus station, prayer mosque, and parking. I encourage visiting the place to see the housing. Completely quiet, thank you.”

“I'm giving it three stars currently because this is my first visit and I found it excellent, clean and elegant. A wonderful residential building with an excellent and elegant gym on the top floor consisting of a pool, a fitness room and a weights room as well as bathrooms. There are also parking spaces for building residents. There are 4 lifts to go up to the building's floors. It consists of 23 floors. There is also near it a bus station and open land, and there is also near it a mosque for prayer. I recommend visiting this building and trying to live in it.”
