“Building and staff are great. Previous management team had issue. But with a new one already in place it's been fine. The staff is always up to help you whatever the issue might be.”

“Every day they install something new on the rooftop which means noise for 5 days in a row. One day is the water pump fixing. The other is the AC fixing. The other is DU fixing. Every single day there is something. No information is ever given, not a single email or paper communication. Zero. Nobody from management cares. Once you give the cheques, forget about any kind of assistance. The only thing coming out of their mouth is “so sorry for the inconvenience”. Standard and repeated until you give up.”

“Management with Opal Green Properties. Deal with Mark Anthony Del Rosario, he made it smooth and easy. We are one of the 1st tenants of the building, and renewing for 3rd. Mark made our renewal, simple and with no hassle. My experience with previous Building Management (HiSandy) is a complete disaster. I highly appreciate Mark's customer service, he know what he is doing, and very good to transact with. Having Mark at Opal Green property gives comfort and assurance. Thank you Mark”

“No water since this morning and nobody cares. Every 3 days there is no water pressure. We’ve been here for 2 years and the maintenance is the worst. All of a sudden we have stains in the ceiling due to leaking on the rooftop. They came to “fix” and this is the picture after the amazing fix. Few months ago they installed something on the rooftop and magically we have a constant noise 24/7. They came to “fix” the AC and now when it turns on it sounds like an airbus-380 taking off. There are cracks in every single wall and every fix is worse than the previous. They used to clean the corridors every morning, now you can see stains and dirty there for days. The rent from increased by 20% and we were convinced to renew by the fact that the management would change. However, nothing has changed. We are so fed up with this lack of organization. Mr. Khalid is the only one that seems to care and tries to help, but unfortunately even his kindness cannot compensate all the rest.”
