What one reviewer said

“Overall rental contract initiation is detailed with stringent scanning of tenants to meet the criteria. Property is well maintained, with good facilities, access to public transport all within 5 minutes reach. Good building for families. Rent negotiation, payment methods, post contract support is not always tenant friendly and need to keep a constant follow up with the agents and wait a while to get a response. Since most of companies accept paperless transactions/payments same should be implemented to more convenience to tenant.”

From Google Reviewers

Each card is a real, public Google review of this residence, sorted into our ten questions – answered only where the reviewer said something, and marked “Not answered” where they didn’t. Reviews written in other languages are shown in English and labelled. These come from Google, not from verified residents, so they count for only a small part of the HT Score, never as much as a real resident review.

“Building is amazing and nice but the rental managemnt people are so tough to contact and their office timings are ridiculous for example Saturday is off. Most of the real estate offices are working on Saturdays due to tenants convenience.. if you send them a query on whatsap they will not reply to it even though they saw yoru message..they will never acknowledge the message and also if you need a reply you need to keep on contacting them and they will reply to it whenever they want. Especially the buidling agents are so poor in responding to your queries. it's so tough to get in touch with them . After you move in its little tough to contact the real estate guys if you need something.”
