“There are significant maintenance issues that you will face. In addition, be ready to be treated like a liability by the property management team. Tricking new customers, failing their promises complemented with arrogant treatment towards tenants is my experience with them so far. For example, try to reach via mail, and you will be ignored for weeks. Try to contact them on the phone, and you will be pumped from one person to another, then finally. You will be asked to send an email! Maintenance issues are many. Straight after we moved in, the plumbing, water leakage, and AC issues started! These unresolved issues caused damages to furniture and carpets since there has never been a permanent…”

“Poor judgement call by the workers caused the building tenants to lose all of the cars parked in the underground after the rain. Had they told the tenants that the garage was being flooded they couldve all moved their cars outside to safety. But now due to this, more than 20 cars are a total loss. And now 2 months post the rain, they still have not fixed the damages”

The funny part is that I am almost 7/8 month here and just received a renewal notice with no change to the rent amount. However, they have advertised on the web an asking rent for several apartments similar to mine in almost 5200 AED less! This didn’t sound fair. It took me few persistent follow-up emails to finally receive a response after 3 ½ weeks that the advertised lower rent value is only for new tenants and doesn’t apply to existing ones! Up to you if you wish to deal with this.”

“Please do not choose this place unless you have a lot of extra money and time to waste. They have the worst maintenance ever. We moved here 4 months ago and must have complained 40 times in these 4 months about water leakage and plumbing issues. They send their team immediately but there has never been a solution. Once in the middle of the night my bathroom roof turned into a waterfall causing the room to flood and when we asked them to change the light that was damaged they refused saying they were not allowed. We had to send emails merely for CHANGING OF BULBS that too caused by their very own maintenance defect. Gym timings are only 7 to 7 which is useless for people who work. The machines in the ladies gym are haywire and they don't even allow you to keep your own equipment there. Living here is going to be a nightmare”

“Maintenance is a BIG issue in this building. And the quality and competence of their maintenance staff is horrible...They cannot even fix simple plumbing issues for months.”
