And our toilets, get engulfed with bad smells coming through the building no matter how clean we keep them shows the construction and maintenance quality. Construction next door, making noise and throwing things around like missile interception thuds is another issue.”

“Worst building experience ever.
I have been living in Jeewar by Badr for almost seven months, and we have been suffering from strong sewage and chemical smells inside the flat. This is not just uncomfortable, it is seriously affecting our health and the health of my wife and 15-month-old child.
Despite repeated complaints, no one has taken proper responsibility. The owner, maintenance team, and management have all been extremely unresponsive.
If you are thinking of moving here, be ready for bad smells, poor maintenance, and no real support when you need help.
The situation is now serious enough that I am taking formal action with the relevant authorities. Absolutely unacceptable.”

“I’m truly happy to call Jeewar by Badr my home. The building is clean, modern, and exceptionally well maintained, creating a peaceful and comfortable environment for residents. What makes this place even more special is how genuinely pet-friendly it is. My pet dog has been warmly welcomed and fully accommodated, which gave me great confidence in choosing to live here. It’s refreshing to be part of a community where pet owners are respected and supported, making everyday life much more enjoyable.
A heartfelt thank you to Property Manager Mani, whose professionalism, prompt responses, and dedication to residents have been outstanding. He is always approachable and ensures that any concern is handled efficiently. I would also like to sincerely thank Security Officer Rajesh, who is always courteous, attentive, and creates a safe, welcoming atmosphere for everyone entering the building. Special appreciation goes to Real Estate Agent Kalesh, who made the entire renting process smooth, transparent, and stress-free from start to finish.
The excellent management, friendly staff, clean surroundings, and pet-friendly environment truly set Jeewar by Badr apart. It’s rare to find a residence that combines comfort, professionalism, and genuine hospitality so well. “Living in this building has been the worst experience we had in our 17 years in Dubai. The quality is very bad and building management are the worst. They have recently renovated the entrance and HC area to give a false impression of high quality, but you will start seeing the issues once you live there. We were initially lured in with the low price and it used to be chiller free, but everything changed.
1. The walls are not made from hard concrete but from material like jibs, so it doesn't hold heavy TV or heavy curtains. If you try to remove a sticker or a nail from the wall a big patch goes off.
2. Insulation is terrible. We were on a high floor, yet the sound of cars is high and used to wake up the kids at night sometimes.
3. Very dusty and gets dirty quickly probably from poor insulation of balcony doors and windows.
4. Water pressure is low and alternates frequently. They couldn't resolve it despite multiple complaints.
5. If the neighbors smoke or cook, then our apartment used to get full of foul smell.
6. The AC is a permanent issue. It is very loud in the living room, and in the bedroom it has a mind of its own. It suddenly cools too much or does not cool at all until we reduced the thermostat significantly.
7. Building management are very unsupportive and create problems rather than help in fixing existing ones. They don't treat tenants as customers who should be pleased, but as subjects whom they can abuse, so don't expect to get back your security deposit.”

“Dealing with management was very bad. I lived there for a full year and half the year was spent on building repairs and we couldn't use the services. There was also a smell in my apartment all the time.”

“Services were good when the building was managed by Betterhomes, but the new management is not supportive. They are not allowing me to bring a dishwasher justifying it with the heavy load, which is completely ridiculous. The chiller charges also suddenly skyrocketed without justification. We also keep having bad smoking smell coming into our apartment from neighbors through the AC ducts and complained many times without any solution...”
