“This has been one of the worst property management experiences I have ever witnessed. The building has been without electricity for over 12 hours, leaving residents without air conditioning, internet, lighting, and other basic services. In the middle of the Dubai summer, this is not a minor inconvenience. It is a serious issue affecting people’s ability to work, live, and even preserve food in their homes. What is truly shocking is the complete absence of communication from management. No meaningful updates. No clear timeline. No contingency plan. No support for residents. Nothing. While residents were left struggling in their apartments, management failed to take ownership of the situation or communicate with the people paying to live in this building. Security staff were left to face frustrated residents despite having no information to provide, while management remained largely absent. Power outages can happen. Complete silence from management during a building-wide crisis is a choice. More than 12 hours later, residents are still being left in the dark, both literally and figuratively. The lack of professionalism, urgency, and respect shown to tenants during this incident has been extremely disappointing. If this is how major emergencies are handled, residents should seriously question the standard of management being provided.”

“I many times contacted the management company for various requests, as interior works, delivery of furniture or other issues. Everytime, the agent replied rapidly, with great understanding and helped to solve issue, approve the request or give very useful advice. In particular, Meray and Jully are very helpful, and gave efficient and rapid answer, in a very kind and supportive way. Highly appreciate professionalism, support and nice talks and discussion with the staff.”
