What one reviewer said

“It is a calm and pleasant place to live. However, the children’s play area was supposed to be remodeled more than two years ago, and it is still not safe for kids. The pool area is also in poor condition many of the tiles inside the pool are broken and dangerous. My baby and I have both been cut more than three times while swimming. In addition, the outdoor areas are not well maintained. We have raised these concerns several times but have not received any response or action from management.”

From Google Reviewers

Each card is a real, public Google review of this residence, sorted into our ten questions – answered only where the reviewer said something, and marked “Not answered” where they didn’t. Reviews written in other languages are shown in English and labelled. These come from Google, not from verified residents, so they count for only a small part of the HT Score, never as much as a real resident review.

“The building management are very bad , they try to take money from you for each minor issue . The building is old and leaking from everywhere . The pool is not good and they take it out of service a lot of times . The worst building ever”

“If i could have given them 0 stars i would have. First of all if you want to rent you have to go through a nice process depending on ur nationality. Then the secret bid starts, you will not know any detail about this untill they tell you someone paid a deposit.why when how? No info. Management won t reply to you at some point and there you go. However if you bid high they will make you sign quickly and good luck with this premium management you will have to endure.”
