“They don’t deserve any stars. Poor management. Poor quality. Poor maintenance workers. Cheap materials in the kitchen and bathrooms. The owners ask the security to turn off the AC most of times in the floors and the parking entrance. Not safe building because the security is not setting in the lobby most of times. The quality of the units is bad. Wall cracks, plumbing problems , electricity issues and no enough parking slots for all residents. They don’t have emergency maintenance team. My AC broke on a weekend in Summer l and they asked me to wait for the next day because there are no workers available in the weekend !!! When I came to rent the unit they told me that no pets allowed in the…”

“They don’t deserve any stars. Poor management. Poor quality. Poor maintenance workers. Cheap materials in the kitchen and bathrooms. The owners ask the security to turn off the AC most of times in the floors and the parking entrance. Not safe building because the security is not setting in the lobby most of times. The quality of the units is bad. Wall cracks, plumbing problems , electricity issues and no enough parking slots for all residents. They don’t have emergency maintenance team. My AC broke on a weekend in Summer l and they asked me to wait for the next day because there are no workers available in the weekend !!! When I came to rent the unit they told me that no pets allowed in the building and I was happy but now they changed that and there are many dogs and cats walking freely in the halls between the units and that freaks me out because I have kids and dogs owners don’t hold them. Many ants appear in summer and that is disgusting and when I complained they told me we did pest control but nothing changed. Finishing is horrible. Walls full of cracks where ants come from all the time. Poor smell in the floor as the AC is turned off most of time. Can’t wait to leave this building. Not recommended at all. Worst developer ever.”

“Extremely disappointed with this building. ZERO management and ZERO customer service. Despite repeated complaints about severe cockroach infestation, nothing has been done. Other issues: AC units are never cleaned, foul odors, electricity cuts in the garbage area, constant noise, and dust from ongoing construction next door enters the balcony daily. Additionally, when I reviewed the contract, they requested a 10% rent increase despite all these problems. I do NOT recommend living here”

“It’s used to be peaceful and lovely apartment but since the construction started 7/24 it has been disaster, the security and maintenance team is very helpful in the building,”

“I lived in this building and found it very disappointing. The cleanliness was poor, and maintenance seemed lacking. Overall, it did not meet my expectations for a comfortable living environment. Don’t advise to live there”

“I have concerns about the management of this building. The recent 10% rent increase is quite challenging, especially given the ongoing construction work. The noise and disturbances make it difficult to enjoy my living space, and I feel a lack of privacy because of the situation. I hope management will consider the impact of these factors on residents before making such decisions. I would like to give it a rating of 0.”

“The management decided to increase my rent by 10% when rera clearly states that they are not allowed to increase my rent not even by 1%. They have informed of this increase 3 months in advance to which i have replied with an email saying that they are not allowed to increase, they send me an email saying that they will forward my request to the management, i sent 2 follow up emails before sending a 3rd one saying that since I had no answer saying that they will officially increase I'm assuming that the rent will stay as is. They finally replied saying that the increase will still happen but that is 1 month in advance which is not enough of a notice.”
