“They don’t deserve any stars. Poor management. Poor quality. Poor maintenance workers. Cheap materials in the kitchen and bathrooms. The owners ask the security to turn off the AC most of times in the floors and the parking entrance. Not safe building because the security is not setting in the lobby most of times. The quality of the units is bad. Wall cracks, plumbing problems , electricity issues and no enough parking slots for all residents. They don’t have emergency maintenance team. My AC broke on a weekend in Summer l and they asked me to wait for the next day because there are no workers available in the weekend !!! When I came to rent the unit they told me that no pets allowed in the building and I was happy but now they changed that and there are many dogs and cats walking freely in the halls between the units and that freaks me out because I have kids and dogs owners don’t hold them. Many ants appear in summer and that is disgusting and when I complained they told me we did pest control but nothing changed. Finishing is horrible. Walls full of cracks where ants come from all the time. Poor smell in the floor as the AC is turned off most of time. Can’t wait to leave this building. Not recommended at all. Worst developer ever.”

“I would recommend this building, I had good experience, management and security guard Hashir is very cooperative, there is no maintenance issue found till now, Thank you Sameer and SBK team for providing safe and beautiful environment”

“It’s used to be peaceful and lovely apartment but since the construction started 7/24 it has been disaster, the security and maintenance team is very helpful in the building,”

“Extremely disappointed with this building. ZERO management and ZERO customer service. Despite repeated complaints about severe cockroach infestation, nothing has been done. Other issues: AC units are never cleaned, foul odors, electricity cuts in the garbage area, constant noise, and dust from ongoing construction next door enters the balcony daily. Additionally, when I reviewed the contract, they requested a 10% rent increase despite all these problems. I do NOT recommend living here”
