“Alwan building it was the bad place and very bad experience for me and my family we staying in the building and feel disappointed a lot of causes I will mention it as well, 1. Humidity all summer and mold all over the furniture. 2. Yellow water every time you open your tap 3. Turn off AC in corridors to save energy 4. Poor infrastructure including sink, sinkholes, taps, windows, wardrobes. 6. The management not honest and sell you lies. I have been here for 1 years and I had to renew every year cause my son's school and work are nearby. Don’t rent or buy in Alwan building!!! check the factsheet below: 1. “Alwan building it was the bad place and very bad experience for me and my family we staying in the building and feel disappointed a lot of causes I will mention it as well, 1. Humidity all summer and mold all over the furniture. 2. Yellow water every time you open your tap 3. Turn off AC in corridors to save energy 4. Poor infrastructure including sink, sinkholes, taps, windows, wardrobes. 6. The management not honest and sell you lies. “Noisy, a lot of families living there with their kids and if you are renting a studio you will never be able to sleep due to the kids noise in the corridor in front of your door , despite highlighting this to the building management and they promised to take an action but nothing has changed.”

“Just terrible billing, the management just takes money and does not check anything, they turn off the water in the email do not warn, constantly problems with gas, the maximum disrespectful to the tenants, to all the air conditioner is too high price, the worst experience of living in this building!!!”

“I'm in IMPZ more than 10 years... This is one of the best apartment in IMPZ... best maintenance service and address any issues ASAP even the repairs inside the apartment are also free... professional staff and friendly environment... suitable for families... highly recommended...”

“Everything is perfect in this building..good pool with lot of seating area to chill out, good gym, apartment size is huge, with big balcony👌 lobby area is nice with nice seating area and 7 lifts.”

“As a resident of 3 years i would not recommend this building to anyone. Especially if you have kids. 1- water is toxic and full of rust each time u open the water it’s so unhealthy, contacted management and no response. 2- Since there’s no rent increase by DLD this year, the landlord gave eviction notices to all old tenants, saying the property is being sold. But every time I renewed my contract, the owner had already changed because it was sold — and I was never asked to leave. So, it’s clear that selling a property doesn’t require evicting tenants. 3- the AC isn’t cold at all, u put it at the lowest heat and it won’t cool more than 24degrees. We are melting at night during summer. 4- Mold will eat your furniture and all your leather belongings, including shoes and bags 😭”

“Worst building, management, maintenance. Staff in the building very rude and Disrespectful. No refund for security deposit. No AC at corridor. No cleaning at all. Water are yellow. Fungal everywhere. A lot of rude staff. Not suitable for families T all.”
