“Completely unprofessional experience with the lease management team. I called about a simple request for an additional parking space, and the lease manager hung up on me while I was still speaking. This level of disrespect toward tenants is unacceptable. If they can’t handle a basic inquiry professionally, it raises serious concerns about how they manage anything else.”

“DISCRIMINATION AT ITS BEST. After 2 years living in Dubai we made our minds to a new apartment. A very kind and professional sent us the photos of an apartment in the specific building. 2 hours after viewing the apartment we came back to the agent asking to book it for a year so he contacted the management of the building to inform them and here starts the not so nice part. At the beginning they started saying to us that we can not afford it when we are earning more then 30k per month for a 6k rent and that took almost a day. When I contacted the management team I found out the truth. In the year of 2024 they don’t allow tenants to their building without marriage certificate . They told me I have to get married so to live there and that it doesn’t matter that I have a 8 year relationship with my Lady. Dubai government welcomed us and let us grow here along with them . But some people will always bring down all these efforts .”

“Before writing this let me say I have more important things to do in life than to review a building. However, due to building managements inconsiderate treatment of there residents, especially when it comes to there sleep comfort, I will write this review. 1 - After the first week of moving into the building the toilet ceiling flooded and my appartment was filled with water. Check the attached video. Building management stated that this is normal and it happens in Dubai. Next time you make such statements make sure that the person you make this statement to was not born and raised in Dubai and knows what normal in Dubai is. 2- They spent 2-3 months building rooms in the parking lot. Check pictures. Not sure if this is legal but they would start work at 6-7 in the morning including Saturdays and Sundays. I asked them multiple times not to work at those times as people are trying to sleep. The management was incooperative. 3- there is a supermarket at the building. Yesterday I had to confront them at 12am for drilling the walls. I am not joking. They started drilling at 12am sharp. You may ask why the drilling started at 12am exactly. The answer is simple. The store closes at 12am and God forbid they do maintenance work and disturb customers when they are in the store, but it is ok to disturb residents at this time. When I told building management that I will call the police if they continue, he said to go ahead and call the police. Furthering the need to write this review. If you are reading this and facing the same issues: 1- write a review 2-I have created a watsap group where we can combine efforts in contacting the police/municipality/nakheel or whoever is responsible in looking after this issue. I have did not pay 1 years rent in advance in order not to have 8 hours of continuous sleep and nor should you.”

“The building is very good. Reception area is very attractive and well designed. Rooms are sound proof, as in some other buildings in JVC, external noise is coming inside the rooms. Swimming pool area looks very good. Overall building is very well maintained with well trained security, MEP and housekeeping staff.”

“Poor finishing, low quality material and the worest part is the manager in site, have nothing in life except making stories and problems and using poor security to make up stories every few days, ppl like him should be hired to make tenants life easier and smoother not vise verse And on top of that expect to have cockroachs as your flat mats. If anyone want peace of mind so do not rent in this building”

“The building interior and exterior is an architectural masterpiece! Spacious apartments. Uninterrupted views from the balcony. We are never disturbed by the sound of sports cars and heavy trucks.
