“From the very beginning, issues with my apartment were ignored or delayed, and it took nearly 4 months of repeated complaints and follow-ups before anything was addressed so that I could be shifted to another apartment- with my repeated complaints and insistence. The building itself is quiet and clean. My floor has no issues in particular and my view is wonderful. My shifted apartment has had AC issues but nothing that is majorly concerning- unlike the other apartment I was living in which was in a horrible condition due to the walls cracking- as a result of the building’s negligence. The building itself is quiet and clean. My floor has no issues in particular and my view is wonderful. My shifted apartment has had AC issues but nothing that is majorly concerning- unlike the other apartment I was living in which was in a horrible condition due to the walls cracking- as a result of the building’s negligence. When I moved into my apartment I was given a contract which allowed the building management to raise my rent the following year should I choose to renew. At the time I didn’t pay attention to this but later realized I had been taken advantage of because I had never faced any landlord doing this to me before on a contract. I needed to move into an apartment urgently so time was of the essence and I trusted that everything would be handled professionally. I made a huge mistake. For them and the real estate agent to do this to me lacked all professional integrity and is despicable. Communication is very poor from management and Leisure Homes. Emails are either ignored, responded to weeks later, or met with deflection rather than accountability. In particular, my interactions with the building manager have been frustrating — he has been consistently unhelpful, unprofessional, ignores emails, heavily delays in responses, and is constantly dismissive of tenant concerns. No one is holding him accountable for tenant feedback and satisfaction and this is deeply concerning. What worries me most is the complete lack of accountability within the team. As a tenant, you expect at least some level of responsibility and support, but unfortunately, that has not been my experience here. They will however send you repeated emails for payment should you have issues with your cheques. That is all that they care about. I would advise anyone considering a lease with Leisure Homes to proceed with caution and be prepared for significant challenges in communication and support.”

“This building is high quality. It’s truly rare how well made it is compared to other apartments. But I have to say that Ghamran and the building team are stars. They become your close friends. They take care of you, always available for help, and the kindest people. Strongly recommend Aayah.”

“We love AAYAH Residences, we love the gym, pool and the whole building! Saiful always helps us and responds to our needs, he is the best! All of the building staff are super friendly and we have been here for 3 years now and don't want to move - we love it! Saiful and the team are so kind, Kamran always helps us too!”

“Saifull in aayah maintaince has been very helpful to fix water leak damages on my wall, he did a great job to fix the issue from scratch and ensure it doesn't continue to happen again. Additionally he also is very helpful with any other maintaince things you need in your house - painting, hanging on walls, etc. He also makes sure the facilities in the building are well maintained - gym, pool, sauna. thanks Saifull!”
