“This is the worst building I have stayed in Dubai..the building make is poor, lot of issues due to poor quality build. Rocky Maintenence and management does not care about any maintenance issue..One of the major issue is bad water and pipes and fittings used...a 3 year old building has rust is all bathroom fittings and Rocky team is telling, its tenants responsibility and as tenant I had to change all bathroom pipes and showers due to rust. The building has frequent water pump failure and they are not finding a permanent solution for this. Without informing tenants they close the water for more than 4 hours even during weekends saying water pump failure. This is unacceptable....Any new tenants coming please be ready to face a Rollercoaster tenancy period...There are many more issue listed by others in the review which I do not want to repeat.”

“The worst company to deal with.
I am sharing my experience. I am living in Chez Moi building in Warsan 4, which belongs to them. Two months ago, I didn't have water. It took them two months until they changed the water pump, so we were struggling every day because of the secondary pump. The water was coming with high pressure sometimes and sometimes no water. I personally visited them because the company implemented an application for maintenance, and whenever you raise a complaint, they never respond. Besides, they don't provide any emergency number, even with the security. Even if you ask him, he will say only by application. However, I lived with the issue until today.
Again, now I had a problem with the AC. I asked the security, and he said only by application. The funniest part is they are closed today, and no one is responding to the complaint. Even if you try to call the office, it says leave your number; they will call you when they come back, so I have to stay without AC for the next two days. Not recommended at all; it will be the last year for me with them”

“The worst building in my entire 10 years of life in Dubai. They violate my privacy in daily basis, now it has been 45 days since their maintainance started painting of the building and I as a tenant of the top floor apartment should give them access to my balcony for all these days for them to install and move their devices. Even complains didn’t bother them.
Rocky Real Estate deserve a trophy to be named the worst of the worst, just poor Indian culture in Dubai.”

“I wish i could give this building a zero star very poor management and cheap finishing no proper ventilation the room always smelling garbage,thin walls which they lied is soundproof you can literally hear your neighbour and for maintaince you need to send uncountable emails for them to send someone...
Pool sunbeds very dirty..
Just a heads up anyone evacuating from the building make sure you leave the room very new like nobody was living there because they will charge you even almost unnoticable scratch and many more uneccessary things so that they do not refund your deposit i guess it is their way to make money out of tenants and it is impossible to live in an apartment without major minors here and there unless you dnt want people to live inside to keep it perfect very unproffesional do not go to this building i believe they are many more proper buildings worth the money..I do not reccomend..”

“One of the cheapest and poorest building I have ever seen in Dubai. Lifts don’t work properly, so slow, very hot inside the lift and in corridors. The management is very stingy that they don’t even think of turning on the AC inside the building. Gym equipment was broken 2 years ago and no one cares. If you have an issue in the apartment it takes few months for them to come and check and not always gets fixed. False alarm is always there day and night several times. Water pressure is low and each time you open the tab, colour of the water is brown then gets clear. After the heavy rain both lifts don’t work and you have to use the stairs up and down and it’s very tiring especially for kids, pregnant women and older people. As securities mentioned, the owner is not approving the cost of the elevator. Shame on to the owner to get such low and poor reviews on Google. I would never suggest to anyone to move in to this building. Corridors always smell very bad and mainly smell of curry and no ventilation unfortunately. I have sent about 10 emails to come and fix the issues I’m facing in the apartment, only yesterday a guy came fix only 1 issue out of 5 and left. Toilet flush is another subject. Once you press the flush button water comes out of the toilet. You can easily hear the conversation of neighbours as the walls are very thin. Quality is very poor. Whoever is looking to move in to this building my advice, please pass by this building without even looking at it. Otherwise you’ll regret. Can’t wait to finish my contract and move out!”

“Such a poor quality building and a worst management. If u write an email to the management there is no response. They will only respond when the renewal comes. There is a swimming pool which is of no use. No temp control and there is no change rooms. Regret of my decision in taking this building for rent. No stars to be given.. POOR Management has no money to repair the lift which has been damaged due to rain.”

“Very cheap and stingy building
1. No proper management
2. Very thin walls and you can hear neighbors.
3. No lights in the corridors and no AC, they try to save bill for electricity.
4. Elevator was broken due to the rain it has been more than a week now but management is not even trying to fix it, they say that the quotation for cost to fix it wasn’t approved by the owner of the building. Such a shame for big company like Rocky real estate.
They made a pool with no facilities and it’s useless as its always dirty, nobody in the building is using pool and Gym. For Gym they don’t even put on AC and u can just image the smell with 50 degrees heat. Don’t rent apartment in this building, they don’t care about their tenants.”
