“After searching hard in Downtown/Business Bay area, this is the best building I have found in terms of construction quality and service. The building features very good views over the Godolphin horseracing stable, which is very green and often offer you a view over its horses training, but also Downton, Burj Khalifa and Burj Al Arab depending on your property location and floor. Ceilings are very high, facade is all glass, and the pool and gym are well kept and quiet. The overall design is restrained and soothing, almost like a spa. There's quite a number of staff working here 24/7 which is helpful whenever you have something urgent. There's even a dedicated lift for deliveries so it's separated from residents. I have lived here now more than 6 months and it's proved to be a very good experience!”
