From Google Reviewers

Each card is a real, public Google review of this residence, sorted into our ten questions – answered only where the reviewer said something, and marked “Not answered” where they didn’t. Reviews written in other languages are shown in English and labelled. These come from Google, not from verified residents, so they count for only a small part of the HT Score, never as much as a real resident review.

“I’ve been a resident of Barsha Platinum since 2020 and, during my time here, have seen many housekeeping staff come and go. However, I wanted to take a moment to specifically commend Mahesh, who truly stands out. Mahesh consistently demonstrates a cheerful attitude and a willingness to assist. Regardless of when I see him, he is always engaged in maintaining the cleanliness of the property. Whether it’s the corridors, reception area, car park, or surrounding spaces, everything is kept impeccably clean at all times. His dedication is clearly reflected in the high standard of cleanliness throughout the building. Coming from a background in the hospitality industry myself, I can confidently say that Mahesh exemplifies top-notch work ethics and integrity. What’s even more impressive is that he works independently, with no apparent need for direct supervision, yet his work is always thorough and consistent. I believe Mahesh is an asset to your team, and SBK should be proud to have such a diligent individual working on the premises.”
