From Google Reviewers

Each card is a real, public Google review of this residence, sorted into our ten questions – answered only where the reviewer said something, and marked “Not answered” where they didn’t. Reviews written in other languages are shown in English and labelled. These come from Google, not from verified residents, so they count for only a small part of the HT Score, never as much as a real resident review.

“Despite there being insects and multiple times I brought cleaners it didn't help, and repairs are costly. The parking office says it's full and then they give you a spot in the sun. When renewal time came they raised the price by about 5000 dirhams. I hope the municipality does its job.”
