“7-8 years old building.. 1bhk is spacious compared to new buildings. Maintained just alright only. Only one gym with cardio basic items . No swimming pool or other amenities. There is an active mosque near by. Medium traffic level to access the location. Not very noisy but not calm area. During tenancy Service shall only be free for materials you’ll have to pay/purchase. Even though DSO has couple of restaurants, none are reliable for daily purchase. Salons are quite above the market prices for the services you get. Bus services to Rashidya terminal, Karama side and other areas are available every 15-20 mins and easy to get cabs without prebooking. Only one full car wash Centre available in…”

“Nice large apartment. Maintenance is ok. New mosque is open which is surrounded by other buildings and the echo during morning prayer call is deafening. Not possible to sleep”
