“Worst experience ever. I regret being a tenant in this building. During my house hunt , I felt positive about the building but after shifting, every day came as a shock to me. The security guards misbehave with the tenants, uses foul language with the ladies. It is really unsafe for housewives to stay in this building. Even after complaining about the unacceptable behavior of the security, no action was taken or apology was given. Please beware of this building. Not safe for families.”

“This building is infested with cockroaches.. the layout of the apartments is horrible which makes them so dark and gloomy .. the walls are full of cracks even though it’s a new building.. an advice , stay away from this building”

“Brand New building launching in January 2021 in the main Street of Silicon Oasis. Very nice location next to AlMadina super market and close to other grocery stores like Choitrams and Almaya. Upcoming Lulu Hypermarket is less than 2kms away.. Also clinics and Restaurants are very near by..Parking entry is also easily accessible from the road.”
