“The building is reasonably new, I have lived here for 3 years. I was prepared to put a very bad review because the old management office was beyond horrible, I now had a few encounters with the new management (very recently took over) and Mr Akram was very reasonable and decent. The security are also very cooperative and decent.”

“The building is reasonably new, I have lived here for 3 years. “If you're considering renting in Al Jawhara Building, I strongly advise you to think twice. The maintenance service is, without a doubt, the worst you could possibly encounter. The air conditioning system is not only inefficient but also extremely noisy, making it unbearable at times. Additionally, there are frequent water leaks that seem to come from everywhere. To make matters worse, the fire alarm goes off constantly for no apparent reason, causing unnecessary stress and disruption... Save yourself the trouble and look elsewhere.”

“I wish I could give this building 0 put of 5 because the management absolutely horrible.The maintenance is ridiculously charging you all the deposit for the things that were already missing /broken before you move in into the building plus nobody will do inspection for you when moving in and blame you afterwards charging all the deposit .Gym is 30 degrees hot 24/7.A/C is super loud.”

“I’m staying in this building for more than 2 years and since I moved in here; I faced alot of issues with maintenance. Every 2/3 weeks I have to request for maintenance service . The major issue in this building is the AC; loud noise, stinky odor (unbearable), and most of the time it’s not cooling. The same issues have been reported to the management several times but maintenance weren’t able to solve it. The list is long for maintenance defects; leakage, water interruption, piping system,,,, So bottom line; avoid moving to this building.”

“It was a new building with pool & gym amenities but very very bad building management. We used to stay there for a year yet we have encountered a lot of problems. To mention: Fire Alarms triggering in the dead of night, AC problems, water interruptions, and noisy kids running in the hallways. When we moved there, some lightbulbs weren't working, we already informed the building management (Home + Homes) about it and some of the unit's defects but they didn't care. We even bought replacement bulbs from our own money just to make the lights work properly. A year later we moved out then we were trying to get back our security deposit and guess what? They charged us these defects which were there before we moved in! Very very very horrible customer experience! However, we have some emails and evidences which we sent to them regarding these issues so they cannot lie nor deny. As a warning to the next tenants, kindly avoid this building as well as other buildings managed by Homes +Homes.”
