“I've been living in ART X Tower for the past 7 years, and it has been a wonderful experience. The management team is very flexible, professional, and always willing to help whenever needed. The security staff are incredibly friendly, respectful, and responsible, making the building feel safe and welcoming at all times. It's a well-managed place with a great atmosphere, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and secure place to live.”

“Think twice before moving in if you have a baby. 1. Daily fire alarms: Alarms go off every day, sometimes twice, disrupting life with no resolution from management. 2. Second-hand smoke: Cigarette smoke from neighbors seeps into our unit, posing a serious health risk for our baby. 3. Unsafe pets: Large dogs roam without leashes or muzzles, creating safety concerns for children. 4. Unhelpful security: Security staff refuse to handle issues and redirect everything to management. Not recommended for families with young children. Consider other options.”

“I want to share that this is one of the worst buildings I’ve lived in, in Dubai. I can hear everything from the neighbors next door, above, and sometimes even below—whether they're talking, eating, or what they’re doing. At first, I thought it wouldn’t be an issue if I just ignored it, but that was a mistake.”

“Decent building with good amenities but got some notes: - hallways are rarely cleaned - living on the top floor (8th) is a nightmare. GYM is right above you, ppl using the gym don’t respect residents living under it, dropping weights thinking they’re in Fitness First. Sound proofing is not so good, even when someone is using a jump rope you can hear the hops in the ceiling. And the management won’t do anything about it no matter (i just asked them to put a sign asking gym ppl to take it easy)”
