“Superb spacious, open kitchen comparatively bigger than most in the neighborhood, few apartments undoubtedly have huge open space for balcony. Based on your budget, you can look for your suitable place. It's worth a visit and definitely value for money!”

“The building is clean, well-maintained, and offers excellent amenities, including a nice pool and gym. The management and security team are professional and responsive, and the location in Dubai Silicon Oasis is convenient with shops and restaurants nearby. Overall, it’s a comfortable and well-managed place to live.”

“Extremely frustrated with the living experience here. There is a resident who constantly makes loud noise late at night and completely lacks respect for others. Even though we have spoken to the security multiple times, the issue is not solved because this person simply continues to make noise. We shouldn't have to waste our time complaining every single night. People should respect their neighbors.”

“Cockroach infested building!! Terrible management - you will not get your deposit back regardless how perfect you leave the apartment - even security & managers tell you this. Very sad experience living there. Quality is terrible also.”

“The staff here sleep the entire day, nobody is working and its been 3 months where my security deposit has not been paid back. Nobody is answering their phones and the building smells bad.”

“Don’t move here, the place is infested with cockroaches. The management company does not answer calls or emails. Every apartment has mould in the walls, when you move out, they will take your entire deposit. The security guards sleeps the entire day and the ‘maintenance’ team spends all their time hiding away from the cameras in the fire escape. Further, the fire alarm will go off 2am, twice a week and the smelly restaurants make the building stink!”

“It’s really bad. The pest control is horrible, and the management is bad. There’s constantly sewage smell in the apartments and the building is poorly maintained. Also, the wood on the floor is bad and it easily gets ruined. I don’t recommend living in this building - and you should believe everyone that wrote reviews warning you of this building. You can scroll and see their reviews.”

“Service very bad finishing so bad and be careful if you do mistake and rent from them take pictures for all details because they will charge you when the contract finish. Take pictures for all the details when you receive because the houses are very damp and any problem that happens because of weather factors in the house details because of the very bad quality they will make you pay for it and any additions that were from the previous tenant remove them or send an email attached with pictures because as soon as the contract finishes they will make you pay for them.”

“Every element has been carefully considered, giving the architecture a very luxurious sense. Outstanding features include the rooftop pool with breathtaking views. Comparing it to other developments in the vicinity, it truly sticks out.”
