“After living in this building for 4 years, I think I can give an honest review based on long-term experience. The good: Security staff are friendly and respectful. The entrance and lobby are usually clean and well maintained. The bad: A serious issue with small cockroaches coming from the garbage room area. Noise insulation is poor — sounds from upstairs neighbors can clearly be heard, even late at night. The parking area is not covered. Strong cooking smells spread through the corridors and sometimes enter the apartment through the AC. Drainage and bathroom water pipe noises are very loud, especially during nighttime. The most disturbing issue is the service alley facing Extra Market /…”

“Maintenance is good, but we left the building yesterday after 1.6 years . The security, Faizan and Bahadur, are both good at their work. The only thing I didn't like was the cockroaches in the building; this is the major reason we left.”

“After living in this building for 4 years, I think I can give an honest review based on long-term experience. The good: Security staff are friendly and respectful. Noise insulation is poor — sounds from upstairs neighbors can clearly be heard, even late at night. The parking area is not covered. Strong cooking smells spread through the corridors and sometimes enter the apartment through the AC. Drainage and bathroom water pipe noises are very loud, especially during nighttime. The most disturbing issue is the service alley facing Extra Market / Viva Market. Delivery trucks come multiple times daily, and the late-night deliveries around 2 AM are extremely noisy with banging sounds and trolley movement while residents are sleeping. Overall, the building has some positive points regarding security and maintenance of common areas, but the noise, hygiene, and comfort issues make long-term living difficult.”

“Lovely house with very friendly security staff. It’s conveniently located right next to the souq, making access to the mall super easy. The area is also quiet at night, perfect for a good night’s sleep.”

“Been living since early 2018. Great location with proximity to everything within 5 minutes. Well Maintained Building in common area & High Speed Lifts. Any maintenance requests they would always come the next morning.”
