“The Security here is very rude! When i go out in the building he shouted on me. And ask for ID yes before i enter there building i wrote my name in his log book and and i ask home if he wants my id but he didn’t response because he’s taking to his phone smiling while on duty scrolling phones while on duty. This is irresponsible security. There’s no problem if he ask or call me in a nice way but he shouted on me.! The security is not Good him.! Worst security I’ve ever meet.”

“I lived in this building for 4 years. Till the time Wasl and Ithra was managing it, it was a 5 star building with no complaints and extremely great customer service. The moment it want into the hands of National Bonds and HRE even 1 star is a lot for these people. Unfortunately 1 is the minimum i can give. I feel ashamed even to write a review for this management. The building manager Mohammef Rajab is the most arrogant person to deal with. Beware before you sign any contract with them.”

“The building management is tyrannical and uncooperative. Since the ownership transferred from the old owner, the hallways have become dirty, the air conditioning units on the floors don't work, and even the events room that used to be free now costs 2000 dirhams to rent. It's sad how someone can turn the best building in the area into a nightmare.”

“If you ever consider moving to this building, put in mind you’re doing the worst decision of your life. Mr Mohammed the building manager has decided to save a half shift of life guard salary by closing the pool every day at 5pm Just to make it legal and more sensible he attached this letter. Just save yourself the effort and save your money this is the worst management you’ll ever experience Stop any of the tenants and ask them about their experience with the new management and their decisions and you’ll know it’s impossible to live headaches free here”

“The building is looking nice inside out, the apartment is a spacious but the quality of the sewer, light and maintenance in general is unbelievably the worst I've ever seen in my life, Since the building has been managed by the Real Estate HARBOUR the quality went down, they use tricks to make you pay extra fees and fines that they create from their own side, especially the agent MOHAMED the laziest and untrusted agent that once he gets his commission he disappears. My Advice, don't get fooled by the look of the building or the apartment especially don't rent from HARBOUR AT ALL, as long as they are in charge the eighty eight building will keep going down. Good luck to you All”

“New management took place two month ago. the performance is very bad. maintenance became very bad in terms of communication, cleaning periodic dates became larger. To maintain one issue in my apartment it took two months after we had a lot of mail exchanges. the new management asks for higher range of rent compared to RERA index in addition to different additional fees without any new service. The communication with the management is not going well, most of our requested are either delayed or neglected.”

“We are the first tenants for our apartment and we were happy with everthing in the building until ithra sold the building to another owner and Harbor real estate company took the responsibility of managing our building .. everything become bad and every day it is worse .. The company is doing a lot of efforts to make the tenants leave the building and go out so that they can rent to new tenants with higher rates. They asked for high rent without taking the RERA approval, add the AC fees as additional, add very high administration fees without even trying to prove that the building will be better under their management.. very bad way in communicating with tenants. A lot of issues need to be fixed in our apartment but there is no response . I really don't recommend this building to anyone, the building became annoying. I hope they change this bad property management company.”

“Everything is going in the wrong way since Harbor Real Estate handled the building. You get the feeling that they are pushing the tenant to leave the building to rent it at a higher price. The building service quality is less, high renewal fees, and asked for increase that is higher than RERA index. The property manager is using the concept take it or leave it.”
