“The Security here is very rude! When i go out in the building he shouted on me. And ask for ID yes before i enter there building i wrote my name in his log book and and i ask home if he wants my id but he didn’t response because he’s taking to his phone smiling while on duty scrolling phones while on duty. This is irresponsible security. There’s no problem if he ask or call me in a nice way but he shouted on me.! The security is not Good him.! Worst security I’ve ever meet.”

“New management took place two month ago. the performance is very bad. maintenance became very bad in terms of communication, cleaning periodic dates became larger. To maintain one issue in my apartment it took two months after we had a lot of mail exchanges. the new management asks for higher range of rent compared to RERA index in addition to different additional fees without any new service. The communication with the management is not going well, most of our requested are either delayed or neglected.”

“I lived in this building for 4 years. Till the time Wasl and Ithra was managing it, it was a 5 star building with no complaints and extremely great customer service. The moment it want into the hands of National Bonds and HRE even 1 star is a lot for these people. Unfortunately 1 is the minimum i can give. I feel ashamed even to write a review for this management. The building manager Mohammef Rajab is the most arrogant person to deal with. Beware before you sign any contract with them.”

“We are the first tenants for our apartment and we were happy with everthing in the building until ithra sold the building to another owner and Harbor real estate company took the responsibility of managing our building .. everything become bad and every day it is worse .. The company is doing a lot of efforts to make the tenants leave the building and go out so that they can rent to new tenants with higher rates. They asked for high rent without taking the RERA approval, add the AC fees as additional, add very high administration fees without even trying to prove that the building will be better under their management.. very bad way in communicating with tenants. A lot of issues need to be fixed in our apartment but there is no response . I really don't recommend this building to anyone, the building became annoying. I hope they change this bad property management company.”

“Everything is going in the wrong way since Harbor Real Estate handled the building. You get the feeling that they are pushing the tenant to leave the building to rent it at a higher price. The building service quality is less, high renewal fees, and asked for increase that is higher than RERA index. The property manager is using the concept take it or leave it.”
