“To whom it may concern I lived in this building from December 2020- until April 2021. The building is fairly new with very nice Amenities, staff like security,  cleaners, and Maintenance are all very nice and do their work diligently. However I would like to raise serious concerns as to how the building is managed and issues with the apartment I had. firstly there was a major Mould issue with my main bathroom where shower is and was never taken care of. 2nd the windows or glass used is not in any way sound proof especially on bottom floors so be prepared with having sleepless nights if your a light sleeper. My major and biggest problem was the management with this building which is very sneaky and clever and lies. I was not able to find work because I was made redundant,  so I went into their office and spoke with the manager. The manager was not helpful or understanding and told me that the penalty for leaving early is 2 months rent. So even though I told them well in advance my situation 2 months before, this is what I was told. Through a tedious back and forth with this manager and his secretary of Filipino decent who then ended up resigning.. I managed to work out an agreement for a 1 month penalty instead of 2. My current issue now iit's been nearly a month and I haven't received my security deposit from the management. they sent me bogus fees like 200 aed for pest control,  160 aed service charges for not sure exactly,  600 for paint, and 100 not sure another fee which im waiting for the answer. to top it off they have requested (MY) Security Deposit original receipt ?? to be given otherwise another 500 AED deduction from final deposit. This is most likely done as this receipt can easily be lost or misplaced so very easy cash that they can withhold and keep from you ( very sneaky).  Another crucial thing to add to this headache with management is you are not allowed to sell any furniture without contacting the management 1st without their approval. This I was told because in the past people have just abandoned their flats. Building is very clean & new However please consider these other factors and cons before choosing this building or the management as you will get Alot of Stress.”

“Many floors are very noisy, kids are running, shouting and knocking doors.. Constant disturbance, Even after talking with the security, nothing happened..strict rules needs to be applied, this matter should be taken seriously..”

“I have felt problems breathing ( allergies) while staying at a friend’s house in this building, I’m sensitive to mold and I could see black dots on the walls and ceilings. Very difficult to ignore, I felt terrible”
