“Beautiful building, have most of the amenities required for comfort and convenience. If renting or buying in this building, highly recommend, 2 mins walk to silicon central mall.”

“I lived in Binghatti crystal for 2 years from 2022-2024 before it was sold to individual owners. It was a good experience there, flat was good and a big size balcony was a plus point, also swimming pool was great, gym was also fine. There was water pipe issue, specially in top floors (6-8). Security and maintenance guys at that time were also good”

“Anyone here with fire alarm issues during mid night ,it really gives me a headache,and it’s been a year ,every few months will happen for couple of times ,yesterday night was on for 4 times during 2hours 1am-3am ,don’t suggest cabin crew to leave here ,it will give you really hard time .”

“worse building to be a tenant and worst to be a owner of a flat in here. water pipe burst almost every week and you cant go to office , your children cannot attend school that day. keep messaging, mailing, calling maintenance guys but no response or reply. so called owners association cant get water supply on their own floor or lights off in common area how will they resolve building issues. pls DO NOT get scammed by these filmy style real estate roaming around front desk and common areas all the time just to scam you to buy or rent out here”

“The place looks shiny and new, but do not be fooled. The materials are so bad that something will break every few months. The maintenance team moves slower than a Monday morning, so mark “call facilities” in your calendar well in advance. By the time they show up, you might already have a new problem waiting.
The gym exists only in theory. At this rate, it might open when we all retire.
Water leakages are a local tradition. I had a pipe burst at 4 AM once and spent the night mopping my room while watching the sunrise. Romantic, if you ignore the flood.
On the bright side, the location is great. Easy to get in and out. You will need that escape route when the next pipe goes.”

“I've been living in Binghatti Crystals for over a year. The location is definitely a highlight — quick access to Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Road and Emirates Road makes commuting easy. It's also very close to Silicon Central Mall, which is super convenient.
However, there are some ongoing issues. The building has been under renovation since I moved in, and unfortunately, the gym is still not operational. Also, the AC doesn't work in the corridors, which makes them uncomfortably warm, especially in summer.
If location is your top priority, this place has its benefits. But if you're looking for fully functional amenities and better building management, you may want to consider these factors before moving in.”

“I absolutely loved living in this building during my tenancy period. The location is perfect easily accessible to everywhere, making daily commutes and errands super convenient. The apartments are bright, spacious, and well-designed, with plenty of natural sunlight.”

“New bulding still no gym and swiming pool out of service , it should be working in couple of weeks as they are saying
It is still my 1st month but i faced couple of maintance issues the response from the company responsible of maintance was slow and one of the issues they made me pay for it to get fixed
Security guy Jehad is very cooperative.
Overall the bulding location and facitlities around is more than enough , i hope by time this small issues to be solved”
