“The building I’d say is nice and the maintenance is alright however some neighbors are very disrespectful and very dirty which makes it a pleasure moving out of this building. Despite the pest controls the cockroaches 🪳 are still in the building everywhere and they won’t go away as long as some people are dirty. Living on Roof Floor i see constantly lots of rubbish at the garbage room despite many complains to the building team. The photos are from different days just as an example,there are more photos…”

“Very pleasant place to live, complete with round the clock security, well maintained gym and swimming pool, also in a prime location making shopping and travel easy with a mall and a bus stop right opposite to the building also comes with a spectacular view from a higher floor. Also I would like to thank Agent Frank Real Estate Brokerage LLC for helping me with the process of renting a unit here.”

“A beautiful and slightly the oldest tall standing building in Silicon Oasis Just opposite to Lulu Mall Has a beautiful Gym & Swimming Pool There are plenty of room types available From studio apartment to 1 and 2 bhk Security is very nice Thank you it was pleasure staying for almost a year”

“I will never recommend this building to anyone! They charge for everything! I mean everything! The quality of the products they use in this building is too poor! You can hear the sound of people talking in the next flat, even the flushing sound!! So this building apart from the outside look, it's poor construction!”

And to add to the luxury, they even have a Jacuzzi to unwind after a long day – talk about relaxation goals! The gym might not be huge, but it's well-equipped and has everything you need to get your fitness game on. It's just the right size to cater to residents' needs, and you can still break a sweat without having to wait in long lines for machines. Cleanliness is a big deal for me, and Binghatti Stars doesn't disappoint in that department. The building is always kept tidy and well-maintained, creating a pleasant living environment for everyone. Parking is often a concern in busy areas, but Binghatti Stars has got it all sorted. With a spacious parking area spread across three levels, you can easily find a spot for your vehicle without any hassle. The location couldn't be better! With plenty of shops right under the building and the Silicon Central Mall just across the street, you have access to all your shopping needs and more.
