“Absolutely terrible experience with Binghatti Horizons and their property management, Kaizen. It has been over three months since I moved out, and I am still waiting for my security deposit refund. The level of inefficiency and lack of accountability is absurd. The management team simply doesn’t care—emails and follow-ups go unanswered for weeks. Jennine and Paul from Kaizen have been completely useless in resolving the issue; neither take responsibility nor provide any action or updates. It’s like dealing with a wall of excuses and incompetence. For anyone considering renting here—don’t. Their management is lazy, unresponsive, and completely unprofessional. “This is place should be check carefully by the municipality! Cockroaches everywhere the admin(Kaizen property management)scammed me with my security deposit even though I provided everything and they agreed to pay me the remaining but they never did! If anyone looking to rent in this building enjoy your suffering!”

“This is the first building in the UAE I encountered that has proper management! All the questions are answered immediately; all complaints are resolved ASAP; each and every employee is always eager to help. I sincerely want to thank the whole management, maintenance, cleaning and security team for making my life as easy as possible, and for their persistent support and care. I do hope that the same team led by Mr. Gulam will continue to deliver the excellent service to the tenants in the future.”
