“Nice building, horrible location. As it turns out, we’re surrounded with construction work going on 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. No break for us to relax at home in a quiet environment. 2 major works going on at the moment and will take a minimum of 2 years. Cant get a good night’s sleep unless I put my headphones on!! Otherwise, the building design is beautiful externally and internally with well functioning spaces”

“I went for a viewing of a 1BHK apartment and initially really liked it, I was actually quite fixed on renting it. But after coming across all the negative reviews about the careless and unprofessional attitude of the management, I still decided to give them the benefit of the doubt and reached out. I was told to contact a Mr. Yousef. I tried calling him multiple times…. no answer. I even left a WhatsApp message which he completely ignored. No response, no acknowledgement, nothing. That already raised red flags. Still trying to give it one last shot, I called another number listed. Someone finally picked up, but instead of being helpful, he spoke to me rudely and bluntly told me to call back after 30 minutes because he was in a meeting…. no apology, no regard for basic decency or professionalism. I’ve dealt with many real estate agents and property managers before, but I’ve never come across a team this disrespectful and indifferent to potential tenants. It honestly feels like they don’t care about renting out the place at all. The complete lack of communication, the arrogance, and the dismissive behavior is shocking. I’m so glad I saw all the honest reviews here before signing anything. To anyone considering this place, don’t waste your time. The management’s attitude is as bad as the reviews say, if not worse.”

“Very poor maintenance. Whatever happens, they never come to fix. All emails are just ignored. And there are sooo many issues”
