“Rain and flooding occurred on the 16th of April. Today is the 23rd of May, and the elevators in the building still don't work. There's only one lift for all tenants, cleaners, movers, and maintenance staff. It's been like this for over a month, and they haven't even started repairing them. Additionally, that one elevator is frequently out of service, so tenants (including elderly, sick, small children and heavily pregnant) are forced to use a dusty staircase without air conditioning. When we told the building security that we will be calling Civil Defense, he replied "Call whoever you want. Management knows about this." Absolutely no communication from landlords or building management.”

“I'm a resident at blue oasis building, and I'm extremely frustrated with the management. The elevator has been out of service for nearly a month now. This has caused significant inconvenience, especially for elderly residents and those with mobility issues. Despite numerous complaints, there's been no clear communication on when it will be fixed. This lack of urgency and poor communication from the management is unacceptable. We need this issue resolved immediately.”

“Hi, All tenants are requested to check the complete apartment before taking the key from the security as there are few damages are done by previous tenants and Blue Oasis will charge “YOU” while leaving the building. You are also requested send an email to Blue Oasis management if you see any damage in the apartment. They will deduct huge amount for small damages So, please be careful. No support from the agents.”
