“Wonderful new building by Al Mawarid real estate. Brand new building with a perfect lifestyle and amenities for the family and kids. It's a new building so everything is neat and clean and looks very nice. There is a retail center,a big Mosque nearby, Walking Track,corniche and a good location to live in. Maintenance team doing their job well,responding at same time.i really like need to stay for long time,highly recommended.”

“They deserve even less than 1 star Bad amenities No proper customer care services No one can help in their office even their manager who identified himself as Mr. Jad he said he had no decision or solution in my issue. Gym was closed for 2 years despite accommodation has begun in the tower 3 years ago. Don't advise at all Elevators congested as almost 2 out of 5 are working only and waiting time up to 7 min in non congested timings Expensive rent”

“Amazing building overall no complaints. It’s truly one of the best buildings in Sharjah, and now that the health club has opened, it has become a real landmark. However, the rent prices feel a bit overpriced compared to 2023, when AED 75K could get you a 3 bedroom and AED 90K a 4 bedroom, which were great deals. Now in 2025, it’s AED 90K for a 3 bedroom and AED 120K for a 4 bedroom. While I understand that Sheikha Maryam is an excellent building and prices naturally rise, the increase feels too high for just two years. In my opinion, AED 80K–85K for a 3-bedroom and AED 100K–110K for a 4-bedroom would be more reasonable, or even bringing back the 2023 rates if possible. I highly recommend everyone to move here the parking is great, the apartments are amazing, and it offers the easiest access to Dubai in all of Sharjah. Thank you, and I truly hope we see some results.”

“I’m extremely disappointed with the elevators services in the building. Although there are 10 elevators available, they are poorly programmed and always cause unnecessary delays and overcrowding. Even during regular hours, the best waiting time is over 3 minutes, and on many occasions, we have waited more than 10 minutes, sometimes having to call security just to get an elevator to our floor. Fridays are the worst; the system becomes completely chaotic, and it feels like the elevators are not functioning efficiently at all. Tenants have shared multiple complaints and feedback with the building maintenance team, but unfortunately, there has been no noticeable improvement or change. The situation remains the same frustrating, time-consuming, and unacceptable for a building of this standard. Very disappointed. 10-10-2025”
