“The new name of berlin group is,berlin smoker building..new comers are worse than expected. Couldn't even enjoy having a cup of coffee in veranda because otherside of wall has a no sense human enjoying cigarette while others suffered!.. couldn't even walk properly in hallway and stood up properly in elevator because of cigarette smell.. at night couldn't even sense that they have a neighbours having rest while them enjoyed there loud voices while their kid playing shouting 🙄!! Wow,what will be the management can do about this?”

“The new name of berlin group is,berlin smoker building..new comers are worse than expected. “We have been tenants in Berlin group 1 for the past 8 years. We didn’t have any complaints or issues initially - for a good 6 years! However, ever since the maintenance team has changed, everything has gone downhill! The current maintenance ‘manager’ is extremely rude and behaves as though he is doing us a favor by answering calls or getting the maintenance guys to fix the issue. We have to literally plead with him to get anything done. There have been instances where I have paid other services providers to get something fixed at my apartment just because of how unbothered the maintenance team is. This wasn’t the case earlier, the previous maintenance guys were always available and willing to help out. Every conversation with the new maintenance manager has been a nightmare!! We have been paying rent promptly for the past 8 years. So, it is your responsibility to provide maintenance as per your tenant’s convenience. I haven’t raised a complaint or any issue till date, but this is getting ridiculous!”

“The building is terrible, friends, I definitely do not recommend it, do not stay as a tenant, there are insects everywhere, the inside of the house is in the kitchen cabinets and there is absolutely no one who cares about it, do not be disgraced with your money. ”

“I have stayed in this building for two years. Building is clean, however maintenance is very bad. Car parking lot remotes provided are very substandard and we have to change battery every two week (to the extend I started parking my car outside). Rents are comparatively high because the balcony is very big. Building has a good park for children, small gym and no swimming pool. Building is silent and very decent tenants. There are some bachelors but they are also very decent and good.”

“The heavy noise issue from the construction site at night. The construction team is working until late at night with heavy noises. Last night they worked till 1:30 am. The noise was so disturbing, me and my family is not able to sleep sometimes. they worked till 10 pm or 11 pm sometimes . The customer service replied: “ this is not our problem”. My daughter becomes sick because of late night noises.We requested many time to the site team and the security but useless, they are all money-making people on the cost of others. As per the late night work Policy, the site team can do work without noise and without disturbance to local communities but who will ensure all clauses have been followed or not? The site construction team does not care at all. Please do not come to this building if you love your families and want peaceful environment in your home.”
