“I wish I could give 0 star for this. The building is old, no amenities !. The worst they will never give the security deposit back ! Avoid this place !!!”

“It’s a normal apartments that’s you consider . It has a basement parking . Entrance are not clean , you will see a lot of spit spots on the walls . But super market just beside the apartment it’s a plus point for families.”

“Extra charged while vacating the flat. 250 aed charged for cleaning studio apartment. 25 aed for door stopper. One small tube light 50 aed. Just 1000 aed for inspection charges. 800 aed for painting room. Please don't recommend anybody to rent a flat. Gas deposits are not returned. Cricket is played by man's in the parking area making to much noise not only on Friday and Saturdays during month of Ramadan also. One of the major issue is the gas released by the sewage factory. Cleaning is problem all the floor corridor smells with indian spices. Garbage throwing area also smell a lot. No other facilities. Parking is problem any visitor come and parks at your place.”
