“It's funny this place has 2 names Ritz residence and Rawabi building . Been a tenant before for almost 3 years, building maintenance is in the worst condition. Electricity bill when staying here will be shocking, building is old with old AC units, new owner charged me for AC maintenance from from my deposit, even after I put in my money to fix the issues. Only plus point is the close proximity to stores and other amenities. But seriously better to live in same area in a different building. Asking price for new tenants is a joke. Better options available in the same area. Just need to look. Moved out and in still in the same area. Extremely happy now. Big heads up choose wisely as maybe there…”

“Very nice place to live, good building. Very calm and quite. Concrete balcony is very secure and it's is really good for my baby to play. I am staying in this building for last couple of months, very neat and clean and underground car parking as well.”
