“Won’t let my friends enter to hang out in my room and won’t let kids play I want to rate 0 but not possible and won’t let guests enter there are people there who are residents acting like security and not letting my friends in while the real security allows but when they go the janitor/resident catches them and scolds them 😭 really bad apartment -my friend From my personal experience I don’t live here but this is trash why like this I don’t know 🤷‍♀️ now because of these residents I can’t visit my friend for her party on Tuesday the worst on worst apartment really should be checked and be delt with 🙏🙏 saw one girl crying because she went in the apartment as a guest and got scolded by and resident who acts like security. Pls fix this and these so called security are acting so weird making children feel uncomfortable 😣 pls take action”

“The Filipino employee of the owner responsible for renewing resident contracts has no experience at all in dealing with residents. Her approach is uncivilized when renewing the contract. They told me on the day my contract ended that I must pay an additional 1000 AED in fees unjustifiably, or leave the building and pay two months' penalty.”
