“I've been living in this residence building for the past two years, and it has truly become my home away from home. I feel incredibly safe here, thanks to 24/7 security (Alayyan Team) and access controls. The staff here are not just professionals; they're like family. Always ready to assist and greet you with a smile. “Luxury family Building with so mean cleanliness & Calmness Swimming pool, Gym , Covered parking as well as security available. Two lifts available.Very quite place.Best for Families. My suggestion is before coming here must inspect about the Real estate agency.Cuz most of apartments are booked by Some real estate agency. I will suggest Topline Holiday Homes.If you want the apartment for monthly bases.”

“Used to be a good building when it was just opened , but after the gas blast at the restaurant in the building ( now closed ) , something has gone off wrong .. But yes its a neat building look wise with high quality fittings but dont be fooled .”

“Don't be fooled by the look/layout of the apartments - because we were! First look of the apartments itself is modern and clean but this is just to cover up the pathetic management (if there is even any) by Rocky Real Estate and the terrible work within the apartment itself. One year in a 'BRAND NEW BUILDING' and we have had leaking ceilings, overflowing drains, door handles breaking, fire/gas alarms going off every now and then, walls cracking. The public area is even worst, no building security, cleaning and maintenance is not carried out, basement parkings are a mess, building facilities are not functional most of the time, two massage centers have been given a retail space in a 'family building' and so many more issues. On top of that, the management almost never responds to any of our emails on time, owner is out of sight and we tentants have no point of contact. We have paid a higher rate for our apartment compared to the other apartments in the locality but have received the worst treatment so far.”

“So far so good . Am one month now in this nice building . The apartment is modern and so clean , maintenance is so far is perfect , AC perfect , they response immediately to any complaints. Parking perfect . Swiming pool and guym is not that good .”

“this building is the worst building in dubai.no management,no owner to be reached,no maintenance,no security,no pool in use,no cleaning as per standard,plus more to mention... real estate doesn't answer the tenants email regarding the contracts renewal....stay away from this building”
