“We wanted to live in this building for 2 months. But after a week we had to look for another option, because it was impossible to stay in the apartment because of the noise from the neighbors and stuff!! There is no peace day or night! Children scream and play football in the hallway! Absolutely no respect for other residents! Opposite our apartment, 2 apartments are occupied by staff to service the building, but they behave like directors - they constantly scream in the hallway, slam doors, smoke!! We asked them many times to behave respectfully and quietly - our request was completely ignored!! We contacted the management and administration of the building several times - the reaction is t…”

“The building is poorly maintained. The lifts are frequently out of order, and the door handles break almost every day. The gym is also disappointing,it feels more like a daycare centre, with children playing inside every evening, making it difficult for residents to work out in a safe and peaceful environment. Overall, the maintenance and management need significant improvement.”

“We wanted to live in this building for 2 months. But after a week we had to look for another option, because it was impossible to stay in the apartment because of the noise from the neighbors and stuff!! There is no peace day or night! Children scream and play football in the hallway! Absolutely no respect for other residents! Opposite our apartment, 2 apartments are occupied by staff to service the building, but they behave like directors - they constantly scream in the hallway, slam doors, smoke!! We asked them many times to behave respectfully and quietly - our request was completely ignored!! We contacted the management and administration of the building several times - the reaction is the same - complete disregard!!! I would also like to point out that all these laudatory reviews, especially about the management, were written by them and their employees! Because the management there is terrible! They speak rudely, when we contacted them about the noise, they answered us that they would continue to make noise and do whatever they want... What "care" for customers... Therefore, I do not recommend anyone to stay here! The most terrible place to live!”

“Love the building... Clean but the issue is weird they never pay for light . For this month alone light gone off . Poor management, and they never say sorry to their tenants.”
