“Worst stay experience. Very poor management. Decisions are handled by one individual without proper consultation or response. There is a complete lack of coordination and professionalism. Even after vacating the apartment, the security deposit has been unfairly withheld. The quotation for deductions was prepared by management themselves instead of a qualified technical team, which is unacceptable and unethical. Overall, the handling of tenants and finances is extremely disappointing. This property does not even deserve a one-star rating.”

“The best apartment i have stayed in so far in the area, and one of the best in Dubai. Facilities are great, they accommodate to your needs. Privacy also is great. Management very helpful and communicative, unlike others i dealt with, this management is always available to help and try their best to make your living state comfortable. Building is very clean, have not had a single problem with insects or smells. And always feeling very safe, you need access card to enter the parking after dark, and when visitors come they go through security for safety measures, just like in 5 star hotels. Really cannot recommend this enough!! Thank you management for making my home in Dubai.”

“Management is amazing. Any concerns we had were dealt with and addressed easily. They were very respectful and professional and made sure to mention all the rules and regulations before we even bought the place. They made sure to tell us what we were in for and there was great privacy and facilities for everyone in our family! 3 kids and us two parents living happily!! We always have my brother and his wife and they are on the waiting room for a 1 bedroom and are praying to get it because of how good everything is provided compared to other locations.”

“Best place I’ve seen in the market for a while now. I’m on the waiting list and really hoping to get it because I am moving to Dubai very soon and the location and facilities in this apartment complex are a dream come true!!! Very family friendly and the safety is amazing. The security is very respectful and understanding and management and security to not take any concerns lightly and always come up with a solution as soon as possible”
