From Google Reviewers

Each card is a real, public Google review of this residence, sorted into our ten questions – answered only where the reviewer said something, and marked “Not answered” where they didn’t. Reviews written in other languages are shown in English and labelled. These come from Google, not from verified residents, so they count for only a small part of the HT Score, never as much as a real resident review.

“Good family building and very peaceful. Security is tight which is a plus. Neat undercover parking. Renewing for another year, absolutely no regrets!”

“No exhaust fan in washroom. The gas system keeps failing. The alarm system is faulty and triggers randomly at any time, even at 3 AM. The room phone rings without any reason. The car parking space is very narrow, and the access road to the parking area is also too narrow. There is a cockroach problem.”
